Tasting Notes:

• Color:Clean, colorless with silvery reflections and medium-sized legs.
• Nose: Clean, medium aromatic intensity, with good alcoholic structure. Reminds us of fresh fruits such as green apple and citrus. Clear herbaceous notes such as lemon verbena and rue.
• Palate: Medium bodied Pisco with medium to more intensity. Reminds us of fresh herbs with a slightly citric and bitter finish like lemon peel.
