Paniolo Whiskey is named after Mexican vaqueros, or cattle drivers, who were brought to Hawaii after Captain George Vancouver gave cattle to King Kamehameha the First. Blending mainland tradition with Hawaiian history, Paniolo Whiskey combines bourbon with Maui Gold Pineapple. The pineapple is distilled to neutral to allow for an extremely clean and smooth whiskey with notes of brown sugar, caramel, and sweet corn.
