Matured first in traditional American oak, this legacy Scotch is finished in carefully curated Oloroso sherry casks. The nose opens with lush drafts of vanilla and ginger, herbs, and cloves over a complex and layered palate of syrup, sweet toffee brittle candies, and simmering oatmeal seasoned with spice.
